If you are not happy with your hardware, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order, but we will charge a 35% restocking fee.

This hardware may be used to replace models and OEM parts as described below; however, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your unit based on model number alone. If you are not sure of the hardware you need, please contact us and we can walk you through making sure you get the right part.

On any of our products that say "Direct Purchase" you can order and pay directly in the cart.

But for several other items we need to get a lot of additional information from you and then we have multiple locations that we buy from and drop ship to your "Ship to address" This allows us to get you the best price and the quickest fulfilment, but as you can imagine, we are unable to estimate the shipping from another company without contacting them, applying our volume discount power and then passing on a better and more accurate estimate that won’t change. sometimes in this process, your special "custom" material's take time to source and work thru.

This is why we ask you to simply complete the estimate forms on those items and give us any and all the info you want to.
